Basis for Action Codes Webinar

The National Practitioner Data Bank is releasing a new set of Basis for Action codes https://www.npdb.hrsa.gov/software/codes.jsp on Dec. 16, 2022. The FSMB along with representatives from ASPPB, ASWB, FSBPT, FSMB, NABP, NBCOT and NCSBN worked with the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) to review the NPDB’s basis codes and provided recommendations for improvement. On behalf of the participating organizations, the NCSBN is hosting four educational webinars to explain the upcoming changes.

The FSMB would like to encourage staff from state medical boards to participate in one of the webinars listed below to learn more about the new coding features. The webinars will be offered in Microsoft Teams; please see below for dates, times and information on how to participate.
