How to Register for Exhibit Space
Return the Exhibitor Contract and Registration Form with payment to agerald@fsmb.org or mail the form to the Federation of State Medical Boards at 400 Fuller Wiser Rd., Suite 300, Euless, TX 76039. Exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The FSMB reserves the right to make the final space assignment or change the space assignment should it be necessary in the best interest of the exhibit show.
General Exhibit Information
Exhibits will be limited to tabletop displays only. No booths or free-standing backdrops will be allowed. Electrical, A/V or internet service fees for your exhibit will be assessed directly by the hotel and are not included in your exhibit fee.
Exhibitor Fee — $1,200
Exhibit Package Includes
One tabletop exhibit consisting of one six-foot skirted table and two chairs.
One complimentary registration, good for all sessions and social events. A value of up to $595.
Two “exhibit only” registrations per exhibit can participate only in those activities that take place in the exhibit area.
Name and a description of your organization will be listed in the conference program.
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the common exhibit areas.
