How to Register for Exhibit Space
Please complete the Exhibitor & Contract Provisions agreement and email, fax (817-868-4254) or mail (Federation of State Medical Boards, Attn: Amy Gerald, 400 Fuller Wiser Road, Suite 300, Euless, TX 76039) the completed agreement with payment to Amy Gerald.
Space is limited. The FSMB reserves the right to make the final space assignment or change the space assignment should it be necessary in the best interest of the exhibit show.
General Exhibit Information
Exhibits will be limited to tabletop displays. No booths or free-standing backdrops will be allowed. Electrical, A/V or internet service fees for your exhibit will be assessed directly by the hotel and are not included in your exhibit fee.
Exhibitor Fee — $1,200
Exhibit Package Includes
One 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
One complimentary registration, good for all sessions and social events. A value of up to $595
Two exhibit only registrations, good for all activities in the exhibit area.
Name and a description of your organization listed in the program.
Daily cleaning and maintenance of the common exhibit areas.
