Ground Transportation
The hotel is approximately 5 minutes from the Reagan National Airport. If you are flying into Reagan National Airport, you can choose from:

1. Hyatt Regency Crystal City Shuttle - This is a courtesy shuttle and is available from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight each day. You can locate the shuttle outside of the baggage claim area at doors 5 and 9 on the lower level. This shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

2. Taxi pickup is available on the lower level outside the baggage claim area. The cost of a one-way taxi service from Reagan National Airport to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City is approximately $7 - $10.

To register online click Register now. You may also register by completing and mailing/faxing the Registration Form. Registration fees may be paid by check or credit card. Accepted credit cards include Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, please make payable to the Federation of State Medical Boards and note 2009 Annual Meeting on your check. If paying for multiple registrations, list the full name of each attendee.

The registration fee includes admission to all Annual Meeting education sessions, meal functions and receptions. To take advantage of the early registration discount, payment must be postmarked by March 27, 2009.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Individuals who cancel before April 16, 2009 are entitled to a refund of their registration fees, less a $125 processing charge. No refunds will be provided after this date. Attendees are responsible for canceling all flight and hotel reservations.
