Licensing Boards Accepting FCVS Physician Information Profiles
Physicians may use their Profile for state medical licensure, hospital privileges, provider networks, and employment and professional memberships, provided such entity has a legitimate use for such documentation and agrees to accept the information as primary source verification.

Abbreviations Key

1. Requires FCVS Profile for all applicants for licensure (*-New York, non-LCME or AOA accredited or board approved).
2. Requires verification of postgraduate training performed in England, Ireland and Scotland.
3. Requires IMGs seeking licensure by endorsement to have an existing license from another U.S. jurisdiction.
4. Requires FCVS Profile for physicians with an established FCVS Profile.
5. Requires FCVS Profile for IMGs.
