FPDC Access
Organizations and agencies responsible for evaluating physician applications for licensure, employment or specific privileges access this service. Fees for access services, when applicable, are negotiated and stipulated by agreement executed before services begin. Rates may be obtained from the Physician Data Center.
Eligible organizations may request more information about accessing the Federation Physician Data Center by completing the on-line New User Request Form.
