Physicians and Physician Assistants

• USMLE Step 3 application: Assesses physician's knowledge, concepts, principles, and fundamental patient centered skills.

• FCVS Application: Creates a repository of primary-source verified credentials

• Licensure Application (UA): Streamlines the application process for applicants applying for licensure in multiple states

State Medical and Osteopathic Boards

FSMB member boards receive 24-hour online access to the portfolios of physicians and physician assistants who have requested licensure in their state. Click on the appropriate link below to:

• eCLAR (UA Pickup): Retrieve the UA which simplifies the process for physicians applying for licensure in multiple states

• eTranscripts (Transcript Pickup): View USMLE, FLEX and/or SPEX transcript information posted daily (M-F) and accessible for 45 days

• FCVS Application: Review applicant’s profile containing primary-sourced verified credentials

• Member Resource Center: Access medical licensure and discipline information, medical cases, books and annual reports, etc.

• Physician Query Login (DrData): Retrieve board action, licensure data and disciplinary actions on U.S. physicians dating to the 1960s
