These rates are subject to a 15.5% tax.
Cutoff for the FSMB Board Attorneys Workshop room block is Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Please specify the FSMB Board Attorneys Workshop when booking your reservation. The group rate is offered three days before and after the workshop, based upon availability.

Transportation
Plan on approximately 30 minutes travel time from the airport to the hotel. If you are flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) (http://www.flysfo.com), you can choose from:
- Airport shared-ride vans are located on the Departures/Ticketing level from the roadway center island of all terminals. Shared airport van rides are approximately $16-$18 per person/one way and available on a walk-up basis. - Taxis depart from the designated taxi zones located at the roadway center islands on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim levels of all terminals. The cost of a one-way taxi service to your hotel is approximately $48.
Registration Fee & Cancellations
For medical board legal counsel and staff, there is no registration fee. The non-board legal staff fee is $595. The CLE processing fee for both board and non-board attendees is $15.00. Registration may be paid by credit card or check. Accepted credit cards include: Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, please make your check payable to FSMB and write "2010 Board Attorneys Workshop" on your check. If paying for multiple registrations via check, list the full name of each attendee.

Registration cancellations must be received by FSMB no later than October 22, 2010. No refunds will be provided after this date, and attendees are responsible for canceling all flight and hotel arrangements.

Continuing Legal Education Credits
The 2010 FSMB Board Attorneys Workshop has been accredited by the State Bar of California for a maximum of 11.75 credits (including 1.0 ethics credit).
In order to receive credit, registered attorneys must sign the appropriate onsite attendance list(s) for accurate CLE reporting and record-keeping purposes. All attendance lists for credit will be available at the Registration Desk throughout the workshop. Please be sure to submit the CLE Application Processing Fee of $15 by November 19, 2010.
Attire
Business-casual attire is appropriate for all meeting functions. Average November temperatures in San Francisco, California, range from 51-64 degrees.
Program Materials
FSMB is going green! Since we are trying to reduce the amount of paper we use at our programs, we will not be printing binders for everyone. All materials will be included on a flash drive at the time of the workshop, so attendees are encouraged to bring a fully-charged laptop computer with them.
