SPEX Exam Transcripts
The FSMB maintains a computerized databank of all SPEX scores to facilitate endorsement among jurisdictions. Examinees may request that certified transcripts of their SPEX scores be forwarded to licensing boards from which they are seeking licensure, to other appropriate credentialing agencies or organizations, or to themselves.
Requests must be made on an Examination and Board Action History Report (EBAHR) form and be accompanied by the requisite fee. Certified transcripts of SPEX scores provided to the licensing boards by the FSMB list all SPEX scores achieved for a given examinee.
