The following two modules from PharmedOut (Georgetown University Medical Center) are currently available:

  • Drug Approval in the US: How Drugs get to Market provides a brief history of the FDA and describes the process by which new drugs are approved (1.0 CME credit).

  • Generic Drugs: Prescribing Sensibly describes how generic drugs are approved, and how they compare to branded drugs (1.0 CME credit).
