Important Notes
Applicants wishing to sit for the USMLE Step 3 examination must be in good standing in an ACGME approved training program in Missouri and hold a current temporary license in Missouri or you must have an application for permanent licensure on file with the medical board. The application for a Missouri permanent license can be found on the medical board’s website.

Eligibility Requirements/Cancellation Policy
If it is determined that you do not meet eligibility requirements at the time your application is received, or you decide to cancel your registration prior to approval, or your application is not complete by the published deadline date, your registration will be cancelled and a portion of the application fee withheld. The USMLE Step 3 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable from one eligibility period to another or from one application to another.
