For those applicants submitting a request for accommodations based on a physical condition or characteristic which requires the use of a physical aid, such as a cushion or mat, you must contact the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). Medical documentation to support the need of such arrangements may be required. Provision of the arrangements will be contingent upon review of the request and the FSMB's ability to make the necessary arrangements.
