General information about USMLE Step 3, including USMLE program eligibility requirements and application instructions for both the online and paper application, is provided here.

Application materials are provided for all states listed in CAPITAL LETTERS. For these states, you can apply via online or paper application. Selecting a state listed in lower case letters provides contact information for the state board in order to receive their application materials.
