Call for Poster Abstracts
The Federation of State Medical Boards will host Spotlight Poster Sessions during its Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN, April 18-20, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.
The Spotlight Poster Sessions offer you an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization's research, special projects, and initiatives of interest to the medical regulatory community.
Throughout the meeting, poster contributors will be given opportunities to network and share ideas with meeting attendees, answer questions, highlight their work, and participate in the FSMB/Administrators in Medicine (AIM) jointly hosted reception on Friday, April 19. As a bonus, we will ask the reception participants to vote on their selection for “Outstanding Poster” which will result in a prize and substantial bragging rights.
Participation in the Spotlight Poster Sessions, as always, is free. Download the poster guidelines and a submission form below. If you would like to participate, please fill it out and send it to Andrea Ciccone at aciccone@fsmb.org. Once your submission is accepted, we will send more detailed information about the poster-display process, including templates that can help as you design your poster.
