Michael P. Dugan, MBA

Mike Dugan is the Chief Operating Officer of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). Mr. Dugan has been with the FSMB since 2010 and is responsible for the operational oversight of the Federation Credentials Verification Service (FCVS) and the Physician Data Center (PDC). 

Mr. Dugan received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He previously held positions at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas and with Perot Systems Healthcare.
