PDC brings together data collected and shared by state medical and osteopathic boards, making it easily and centrally accessible for licensure verification and disciplinary alerts. In addition to state medical boards, PDC data sources include the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Drug Enforcement Administration, other federal regulatory agencies, and a growing list of international licensing authorities.
