FSMB Account Creation Fee

When creating an account with FSMB, the system will attempt to identify you based on the initial set of information provided by you and, if needed, an additional set of information. If the system is still unable to identify you, you will need to take additional steps, including payment of a non-refundable $75.00 (USD) processing fee to proceed. This fee will be issued as a one-time credit toward your next eligible FSMB service.
Eligible FSMB services are (in alphabetical order):
- Exam Transcripts (USMLE, SPEX, FLEX, NBME Parts, Residency Application Service)
- FCVS Initial Processing/Portfolio
- FCVS Subsequent Processing/Portfolio
- FCVS PA Initial Processing/Portfolio
- FCVS PA Subsequent Processing/Portfolio
- FCVS Closed Program Request
- FCVS Official GME Verification
- SPEX Application Fee
- SPEX Eligibility Extension
- UA One Time Fee
- USMLE Step 1 Application Fee
- USMLE Step 2 CK Application Fee
- USMLE Step 3 Application Fee
- USMLE Eligibility Extension Fee
- USMLE Region Change Fee
- USMLE Score Recheck Fee
The one-time credit:
- Will be automatically credited toward your next eligible FSMB service (see list above);
- Will expire if not used within six months from your FSMB account creation; and
- Will be limited to the fee amount of the next service, with no refunds or remaining balance carried forward if the service is less than $75.00 (USD).
